Cheesy Cauliflower Dish

Just wanna share a great recipe I really enjoy. I think others will too. Doesn't take much prep and tastes gourmet. And best of all, it doesn't cost much... Just protein!

img Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen (or fresh) mini cauliflower florets, defrosted
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • Spices
  • 1-3 T cottage cheese
  • 1-2 oz shredded cheese

Recipe

  1. Sprinkle spices onto cauliflower. I like salt, garlic powder, paprika, smoked paprika, shawarma spice, and oregano.

  2. Bake in Betty Crocker or oven for 10-15 minutes or until soft.

  3. Add garlic powder and oregano (or any other spices you like) to tomato sauce.

  4. Warm up the sauce until almost boiling. 

  5. Mix in cottage cheese and/ or shredded cheese while warm so it should melt.

  6. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
